We use personal data to respond to inquiries, review files for agreed technical issues, prepare quotes, coordinate consultations, manage test prints and final approvals, produce and package orders, arrange collection, process payments, send status updates, maintain records, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use customer content to claim rights in the artwork or to make guarantees beyond the agreed service scope.

Processing is limited to the ordinary operation of a print studio and its website.

We may share data with service providers that support website operation, file handling, payment processing, communications, production logistics, packaging, or technical maintenance. The categories collected depend on whether a visitor makes an inquiry, uploads files, or arranges a studio appointment.

We receive data when you contact us, upload files, request a consultation, approve a test print or final quantity, or complete payment. We may also generate limited operational records during production, packaging, collection, and status updates.

Most information comes directly from the person placing the request or from the files they submit.
